EUROCONTROL the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation is an intergovernmental organisation of 38 Member States and the European Community. Its primary objective is the development of a seamless, pan-European Air Traffic Management system.

IFATSEA – International Federation of Air Traffic Safety Electronics Associations was founded in 1972. 
Its aims are:

		Promote safety, efficiency and regularity in international air navigation
		Assist and secure development and professional efficiency among Air Traffic Services Electronics personnel
		Protect and safeguard collective professional interests of Air Traffic Services personnel
