Overview:

In mid 2013, a European regulatory roadmap relative to the integration of remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) into the current European civil airspace environment will be published. It will take into account both airworthiness and air traffic management issues. Similar work is going on in other parts of the world, most notably North America. This workshop brings together key experts from the major regulatory groups and aircraft operator associations to discuss the blockers and enablers to the current situation, as well as the way forward.
