Overview:

AERA-Pro project (www.aera-pro-project.eu) is a Communication Project supported by the European Commission that aims at raising the profile of EU research in the Aeronautics sector on a global scale organizing and promoting 9 events all around the European Union (ILA in Berlin - Germany, European Parliament in Brussels - Belgium, Aerospatial in Bucharest -Romania, CIRA in Naples - Italy, Aeromart in Toulouse – France, Aeronet in Rzeszów - Polonia, CDTI in Madrid - Spain, and now ATC Global in Amsterdam - The Netherlands).

The workshop will present the context and content of the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), the new roadmap for aviation research, development and innovation, that will outline the main threads of technical, operational and strategic actions to achieve the ambitious goals set by Flightpath 2050 (Europe's vision for Aviation beyond 2020).

The Advisory Council for Aeronautics Research and Innovation in Europe (ACARE) is developing the SRIA through the involvement and consultation of major aeronautics and air transport stakeholders.
