What is a virtual event?

A virtual event is a powerful online platform that brings together industry peers, thought-leaders and leading suppliers from around the world to interact, debate, learn and conduct business all from the comfort of your home or office. 

Where will the virtual event take place?

The virtual event will take place online. You only need internet access from a computer, there is no need for downloads or installations, and you can simply log on from any location so you have great flexibility with how and when you visit the webinar.

When does the next virtual event take place?

The next virtual event will be in 2013.

How much does the virtual event cost to attend?

There is no cost; all areas and content within the event are free to access.

How long is the virtual event?

Each event covers one day. Sessions range from between 10 and 40 minutes.

Can my colleagues also attend?

Yes, simply send them to this website where they too can register to attend for free.

Can I move around freely within the event?

Yes – there are no restrictions, you can enter the auditorium, networking lounge or resource centre as you please. Once logged onto the virtual event platform you will be able to access all these areas from the top of your screen.

What do I receive if I register to attend the virtual event?

Once you have registered you will receive a username and password. You will then be able to log on with free access to all parts of the event including the full conference programme networking lounge and a wealth of information and collateral in the resource centre.

If I have registered to attend, what happens next?

You will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to access the virtual event, including your username and password.
