Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Zone?
A: As an exhibitor you have access to the Online Exhibitor Zone. This password-protected area of the website will contain information on essential PR & Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand. It is also the place where you enter your company details, white papers, press releases and upload your logo on the ATC Global website. You will require the password you have been allocated to access the Exhibitor Zone. Q: How do I get my exhibitor badges?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered before the show. Complete and submit the badge order form in the Technical Manual. The manual can be found in the Exhibitor Zone, outlined above and can be accessed now.
Q: What are the build up and break down times?
A: Build up will be 14:00 - 20:00 (space only stands) on Saturday, 9 March, 08:00 - 20:00 (all stands) on Sunday, 10 March and 08:00 - 20:00 (all stands) on Monday, 11 March. Breakdown will be from 16:15 - 22:00 on Thursday, 14 March and from 08:00 - 14:00 on Friday, 15 March.
Q: Where can I stay and how do I get to the Amsterdam RAI?

Q: Where can I order additional stand equipment?
A: Any extra items needed for your stand can be ordered through the Technical Manual. The manual can be found in the Exhibitor Zone which can be accessed with the username and password already sent to you.

Q: How can I get hold of a Visa Invitation Letter for all stand personnel?
A: All exhibitors requiring a Visa Invitation Letter will need to fill out the online form which can be found here. Visa letters will be processed and issued to you within 5 working days of submitting the form.
